Two splice-junction library fasta files are generated for female and male by Lukas Habbeger@Gersteinlab.

The splice-junction library is built based on the annotation file "gencode.v3c.annotation.GRCh37.exon.gtpc.ttpc.interval", and all possible combinations of the exons for a transcript are considered.

The human reference sequence in 2bit format is here provided for your convenience. The original file can be found at:
